Bill is a proud family man with a wife of over two decades and three beautiful daughters. Older folks, the unathletic, people wanting to improve their fitness. Jiu jitsu is a tool for self-improvement, and these people will benefit immensely. I’m living proof.”

My BJJ Journey:
I started Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu because my son wanted to try it out. My son had trained the Saturday morning class and I started the following Wednesday. My wife took him to that Saturday class and could not state any more how kind Mike was to our son and her.
When I walked through the door that Wednesday Mike Brown greeted me in a warm and professional manner. He made no illusions to the difficulty this art presented and that it took hard work and dedication. I am so thankful that I stayed with it because this school has really changed my life. Yes, BJJ is the art, but Mike and the others in this school are the real reason I have stayed over the years.
I can tell you I have lost over 100 lbs. since starting and am in some of the best fitness of my life as well. If you are a person who is putting off coming because you want to get in better shape first, DON’T wait. Come in and train with us and watch everything come together. This is some of the most fun you can have working out with new friends.
